You wake up to a bright, sunny morning. You get ready and head to our studio. The doors are wide open, and we’re there to welcome you with a smile. With a sip of good coffee or quality tea, you begin bringing your authentic rug to life.

With our guidance, you create your design on a tablet. Then, using a projector, we transfer it onto the cloth. The sketch is ready, now it’s time to begin.

Another sip of coffee… and we start.

The perfect yarn is threaded into the AK-5 tufting gun. You feel its weight in your hands. You press it into the fabric and make your first stitch… a feeling unlike any other. Your movement, your intention, everything comes together in the creation of your own masterpiece.

The excitement builds. One stitch, then another. Slowly but surely, the sketch begins to take shape. Time flies, you’re deeply immersed, almost meditative, completely connected to your work. The gentle hum of the tufting gun is calming, almost hypnotic.

You switch colors, rethread the yarn, and continue. After some time and effort, you step back and see what you’ve created. The feeling is incredible. The rug looks even better than you imagined.

But we’re not done yet.

You take the rug off the frame and trim the excess fabric. Then comes a layer of tufting glue, carefully applied with a spatula. The loose edges are secured, followed by a spray adhesive and a non-slip backing cloth.

And now, the final touch.

You go over the rug with a rug shaver, evening out the surface, giving it a consistent height and density. Just like every step before, this part is deeply satisfying. Imperfections transform into refined details. For the finishing touches, small scissors help define the finer elements.

And voilà, you now have your beautiful rug.
