1. Scope

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in their current version at the time of ordering.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The products and services displayed in our shop do not constitute legally binding offers but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking âBuy now,â you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order is received.
The purchase contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or confirm the order by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR (âŹ) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added during checkout and shown before finalizing the purchase.
We accept payment via:

- PayPal
- Klarna (if available)
- Other secure payment methods provided at checkout
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Austria to most EU countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are non-binding unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed. Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect customer data are not our responsibility.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
7. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable and contractually typical damages. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages due to improper use or modification of the goods.
8. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their account login information confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the case of misuse.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All contracts are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in the country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for business customers is Vienna, Austria.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
