We currently offer shipping within the European Union (EU) and to Switzerland. Shipping to the United Kingdom is not available.

Orders are shipped via DPD, local postal services, FedEx, and UPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.

We offer free shipping on orders that meet a specified minimum purchase amount. The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping rate applies.

Customers should be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply, especially for orders shipped to Switzerland. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the total price of the order and must be paid upon delivery.
6.2 Product Restrictions
Certain products, such as spray adhesives, may be classified as hazardous due to their flammable nature. Shipping such items is subject to strict regulations under the ADR Agreement on Dangerous Goods. If you are unsure about shipping restrictions for specific products, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Shipping Restrictions
7.1 Regions Not Serviced
We do not ship to destinations outside the EU and Switzerland.
7.2 Product Limitations
We do not ship oversized or hazardous materials. However, some products (e.g., spray adhesives) may be subject to shipping regulations. Customers should inquire in advance if they are unsure about restrictions.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Liability for Shipments
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery. Until then, we bear the risk of transport.
8.2 Refunds & Replacements for Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms the loss of a package, we offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
8.3 Reporting a Shipping Issue
Customers should report any shipping issues within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. To file a claim, please contact our customer support team via email, providing the order number and tracking details.
9. Returns & Exchanges
9.1 Return Shipping Costs
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
9.2 Return Labels & Process
If a return is approved, we will issue a return label for easy shipment. The return must be initiated within the specified return period outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
9.3 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
