Important Shipping Update for our European Customers
From 12 August 2026, new European packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements will affect cross-border shipping within Europe.
Unfortunately, these regulations require businesses to complete different registrations and compliance procedures in individual countries before shipping packaged products there.
As a small business, this means that we temporarily have to suspend shipping to some European countries while we complete the necessary registrations.
Shipping is currently available to Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Serbia.
We are already working on the required registrations and hope to reopen additional EU countries as soon as possible.
If your country is currently unavailable at checkout, this does not mean that we have stopped shipping there permanently. It is only a temporary measure while we adapt to the new requirements.
