1 Year Limited Warranty
All tufting machines and electrical tools purchased from Tuft Supplies include a voluntary 1 year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions that occur during normal intended use of the product.
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we will assess the situation and may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts or another appropriate solution depending on the issue.

âą Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
âą Products that have been modified, opened or repaired by unauthorized persons
âą Damage caused by commercial misuse or use outside intended applications

Support & Spare Parts
We offer selected spare parts and troubleshooting support for our tufting machines and electrical tools.
Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement parts, technical guidance or another suitable solution.
Repair options are not guaranteed and may not be economically reasonable in every case.
