Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. If multiple goods were ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you acquire physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or post).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item supplied by us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumerâs specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;
- any other goods excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection law.
